Our 100% Arabica blend from mixed varietals grown in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, are the harvested ripe cherries with Brix % above 18%. Manually sorted to remove the semi-ripe, greens, twigs, and leaves, these whole cherries then undergo washed processing and are left to dry in drying yards, which are raked every 2 hours for even drying. This blend is designed to resonate with the bold Indian palate while offering a delightful surprise of floral and fruity notes—perfect for those seeking something new yet rooted in nostalgic flavors. This coffee undergoes the washed process to achieve complex flavors and accuracy. This approach helps us achieve the coffee’s origin and variety in its original form. Hence, this blend makes a bright, light-bodied, and minimal-acidity cup of coffee.
