RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns / Refund

At La Bon Beans and Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to provide an unmatched experience for our consumers, at the same time we completely understand every inch of dissatisfaction which our consumers may face, hence we allow refund/returns (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

We adopt the roast to ship model and as coffee is a perishable good hence we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. But in case there was any error on the already placed order, we would allow refund/ returns of the product subject to the conditions mentioned herein. In such a case, reach out to our Customer Support team at letsbrew@labonbeans.com about a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include therein:

1. Your name, contact details
2. Date of purchase
3. Order number
4. The items you would like refunded
5. Your reason for the return (optional, your feedback would help us improve our products).

Applied Conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

2. Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and ensure that you receive the correct item promptly. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

3. Refunds and Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment or send you a replacement product, as per your request.

4. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, you may be responsible for the return shipping.

Please Note:

  • All coffee packets should be returned back to us in case of refund.
    ● All brewing equipment can only be refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition.
    ● Refunds are initiated within 3-5 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer’s account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank
    For brewing equipment warranty repair claims, the customer will be responsible for delivering the machine to our facility. We will cover the delivery back to you.

Cancellation Policy

At La Bon Beans and Coffee, we promise you an unforgettable experience in the world of coffee. We would be delighted to serve you as our premium customer. We would like you to experience our products and thus request you to give it a try before you choose to cancel your order.
Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is initiated within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever is earlier. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Support Service at letsbrew@labonbeans.com. No cancellations would be accepted on orders related to merchandise and brewing equipment.
